Terms & Conditions

A little fine print goes a long way. These are the behind-the-scenes details that keep Airbrushed running smoothly so you always get the best experience.

Quick Summary

  • Cancellations: 24+ hrs notice required; under 24 hrs = 50% fee; no-shows = 100% fee.

  • Arrivals: 5-min grace; after 10 mins we may reschedule + fee may apply.

  • Prep/Aftercare: Follow instructions for best results; products can affect color/longevity.

  • Memberships: Bronze Society = 3-month minimum; Luxe Glow = month-to-month.

  • Payments: Valid card on file required to book; declines may cancel bookings/memberships.

1) Appointments & Booking

  • Card on file: Required to secure all appointments.

  • Confirmations: Email/SMS reminders are a courtesy; the appointment remains your responsibility.

  • Late arrivals: 0–5 min: proceed if feasible. 6–10 min: service may be shortened. 10+ min: subject to reschedule and applicable fee.

2) Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

  • 24-hour window: Changes made <24 hours before your appointment incur a 50% fee of the booked service.

  • No-shows: Charged 100% of the booked service.

  • Illness/emergency: Email/text us ASAP; 

3) Spray Tan Prep & Aftercare

  • Prep: Exfoliate 24 hrs prior; arrive clean, dry, product-free (no lotion, oil, deodorant, perfume, makeup). Shave/wax 24–48 hrs prior.

  • Aftercare: Avoid water/sweat/friction until rinse; use tan-safe cleansers & moisturizers; pat dry.

  • Product interactions: Some soaps, lotions, oils, and actives can disrupt color/longevity; results vary by skin chemistry, cycle, and medications.

  • Outcome disclaimer: We do our best to customize; individual results may vary.

4) Health, Safety & Contraindications

  • Notify us of skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications (e.g., acne meds, antibiotics, retinoids).

  • We may decline/modify services if contraindicated for your safety.

5) Minors

  • Clients under 18 require parent/guardian consent; guardian must be present for first visit.

6) Refunds & Adjustments

  • Services: Non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours; we may offer a one-time fix/adjustment at our discretion.

  • Retail: Unopened retail may be exchanged within 7 days; opened/used items are final sale (sanitary policy).

7) Memberships

Bronze Society – $30/mo (capped; limited spots)

  • Perks: 50% off spray tans; 10% off retail. Non-transferable; personal use only.

  • Commitment: 3-month minimum. You may cancel anytime in your account; if canceled before 3 months complete, the remaining balance for the 3-month term will be charged to the card on file.

  • Billing & declines: Auto-draft monthly. If your card declines, the system auto-cancels your membership. Any unpaid balance (including remaining months of your 3-month commitment) is still due.

  • Booking: Always select “VIP Member Spray Tan” to apply perks correctly.

  • Fair use: We reserve the right to suspend/revoke memberships for misuse or policy violations.

Luxe Glow – $59/mo

  • Perks: 1 Lux Spray Tan/month included; 20% off additional tans; 10% off retail. Non-transferable.

  • Term: Month-to-month; cancel anytime after your current billing cycle (submit ≥5 days before next draft).

  • Billing & declines: If your card declines, the system auto-cancels your membership; any unpaid balance for the current cycle must be settled before rejoining.

  • Booking: Select any “Luxury Spray Tan” and apply your specific code for included monthly spray | For 20% off additional sprays use code: LUXGLOW

  • Fair use: Repeated join/cancel behavior to access discounts may result in revoked membership.

8) Payments & Chargebacks

  • By booking/enrolling, you authorize Airbrushed Sunless to charge your card on file for applicable services, cancellation/no-show fees, retail, and membership obligations.

  • Chargebacks for fees agreed to in these Terms may result in membership and future booking privileges being revoked.

9) Photos & Marketing 

  • With your consent, we may capture before/after images for education/marketing. Decline anytime.

10) Privacy & Communications

  • We respect your privacy. By booking, you consent to appointment emails/texts; you may opt out of marketing emails anytime.

11) Policy Updates

  • Policies may be updated to improve clarity and operations. The latest version on this page applies.
